Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Timeframe:** - Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **No Refunds within 48 Hours:** - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 3. **Cancellation Procedure:** - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at [mbroberson81@gmail.com] at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 4. **Late Arrivals:** - If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, the session duration may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. 5. **Emergency Exceptions:** - We understand that emergencies can occur. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 6. **Payment:** - The full session fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
