In order to provide the best service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Timeframe:** - Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **No Refunds within 48 Hours:** - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 3. **Cancellation Procedure:** - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at [mbroberson81@gmail.com] at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 4. **Late Arrivals:** - If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 6. **Payment:** - The full session fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
